This Privacy Policy explains how BRNDZ ("SignalDesk," "we") collects, uses and shares information when you visit The SignalDesk website at thesignaldesk.io, opt in, or use the Service.
1. What we collect
- What you give us: your name, email address and mobile phone number when you opt in; account details, billing details and support messages when you subscribe or contact us. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Consent records: whether you agreed to text messages, the exact consent wording shown to you, the page, and the date and time.
- Automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and campaign parameters (such as utm_source) in the link you followed.

2. How we use it
To send the videos and updates you asked for; to provide, secure and support the Service; to process payments; to send account and transactional messages; with your consent, to send marketing text messages; to understand which pages and campaigns work; and to meet legal obligations.

With service providers who work for us under contract: hosting, email delivery, payment processing, text messaging and support tools. With authorities when the law requires it, and with a buyer if the business is sold. We do not sell your personal information.
Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the providers that deliver our messages.
4. How long we keep it
Opt-in records and consent records are kept while you're subscribed to our messages and after that for as long as we have a business or legal reason to, to show consent and honor opt-outs, then deleted on a rolling basis. Account and billing records are kept as long as your account is open and as the law requires after.
5. Your choices
Unsubscribe from marketing email with the link in any email. Stop texts by replying STOP. Ask us to access, correct or delete your information at [email protected]. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights to know, delete, correct or opt out; we will not treat you differently for using them.
6. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and logging to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure.
7. Children
The Service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
